Delicious. I used slightly less than 1/4 cup of maple syrup, just to make sure it wasn’t too sweet.

It’s an ok recipe. For me, it took an extra 10 minutes to cook the cauliflower to a doneness that I like and the sauce makes way too much for the amount of cauliflower. Ingredients like soy sauce and rice vinegar are very expensive where I live, so I try to use them well.
