I followed ingredients but it made a watery sauce, so decided to marinate chicken in it overnight, and then put it in the oven in the sauce the next day. Needed 45 minutes in the oven and sauce never turned sticky, chicken just boiled in it, in the oven. Result was very tasty though, so would make it again, same as I did now. Served the chicken and sauce over wild black rice,with spicy stir fried sugar snaps with sesame.
