Help me I just ate 1.5 Kilos of chicken wings that were delicious and I want seconds.

The sauce is sweet which I quite like however the baking powder taste may need some time to get aquired to.
Personal preference may call for adjustments here & there to make it spectacular but overall a good chow.

The family loved it! Great flavours and so tasty. I was very dehydrated after eating it, due to the salt content, so next time I'll reduce it and use less ginger.

The most unusual wings we ate so far - they are really crispy, but meat remained tender. Good as a snack, appetizer, but also as a meat for dinner. I used flour instead of baking powder, because my baking powder contains aluminum sulfate.

This is in my regular rotation. I now use this method to cook wings no matter the sauce.

Super tasty and really crispy! I have made them with the sticky sauce from this recipe as well as with other sauces, very good recipe!

The go-to recipe for chicken wings from now on! With personal alterations in terms of seasoning and didn't make the sauce, but that crispyness was BOMB so using this method from now on ;) Thanks 4 sharing!

Amazing taste. Didn’t make enough sauce for the amount of chicken I made, so I tripled the recipe. Also the sauce burns easily so you have to lower the heat and keep stirring it.

Great but watch out how much soy sauce you use and not to burn the sugar. But they are great!

This recipe was AMAZING. Crazy how crispy they turned out just in the oven❤️ and the sauce is EVEN better! For anyone in the SF area, or has gotten the chance to try it... it's a pretty good dupe for San Tung chicken😍

Very good wings, made them last week for a group and making them again today. Definitely a go to wing recipe.

These were really delicious, a great hit at a party with adults and teens. I made as directed but had to use lemongrass stalk as I was unable to get the paste in time. I also added a clove of garlic and some sriracha to give it a kick.. This is a keeper and will most definately make again.

These were wonderful! Just the cooking method alone is fantastic, and you can use any type of sauce you like. My boyfriend likes his extra crispy, so after tossing them in the sauce I popped them back in the oven and broiled them just a few minutes keeping a close eye on them.
