Ingredients

- 6 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup purple cabbage (shredded)
- 1 1/4 cups pork (cooked, diced or shredded)
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 16 wonton wrappers
- 1/4 cup scallions (chopped)

Directions
- 3 notes: 1)sub in low/no sodium for the soy/tamari and chicken broth if you like! 2) replace the soy/tamari, oil and garlic with Simply Enjoy Sesame Garlic Asian Style Sauce. 3) you could easily sub in veggie broth and veggies in the wontons for a healthier soup.
- In a large saucepan, bring chicken broth and purple cabbage to a simmer over medium-high heat..
- While the broth/cabbage is heating, process pork, soy/tamari, garlic and sesame oil in a food processor, pulsing only a few times. You want finely chopped here - careful not to end up with a paste!!
