- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar (or maple syrup, if allowed [I used xylitol])
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil (optional])
- 1 1/2 cups gluten
- 3/8 cup buckwheat flour
- 1/4 cup protein powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. fine sea salt ([I used 1/2 tsp/2.5 ml])
- 1 tsp. canela ([I used 2 tsp/10 ml])
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 0.5 mL cloves
- 2 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats (ensure they are gluten-free)
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips ([I used Lilys])
- 3/4 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup golden berries
- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
