Good flavour but oats are very mealy. Next time I’ll let them sit with the butter for 30 mins to soften up before baking or maybe grind them into a flour and use

Fantastic! They are a little chewier than regular oatmeal cookies but I don't mind because coconut, dried cranberries , almonds, make my cookie chewy! ❤️
