- 3 eggs (I used the smaller Kampong Chicken Eggs)
- 3/4 tsp. chicken stock powder
- 1/4 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp. light soy sauce
- 230 grams minced pork
- 1/2 tsp. sesame oil
- 2 tsp. oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 pinch pepper
- 10 lettuce (pc pickled)
- 4 dried shiitake mushroom (soaked till softened then diced)
- 2 Tbsp. wolfberries (soaked till softened)
- 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
