- 4 chilli (bird's eye, washed, chopped finely)
- 1/2 Tbsp. oyster sauce
- 1 tsp. light soy sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp. Shaoxing wine (or sherry)
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 1/4 tsp. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. white pepper
- 1 Tbsp. corn flour (or potato starch)
