- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 50 grams ginger (piece of, cut into julienne, 8cm)

- 3 red chillies (long, seeds removed, cut into julienne)
- 3 celery stalks (Asian, thinly sliced)
- 10 snow peas (cut into julienne)
