So I altered this recipe a bit because I was working with frozen seafood (gross I know) rather than fresh. I also added lemon juice and lemon zest to the broth and then after cooking it down I added some heavy cream and then cooked it down some more. You can take the seafood out so it doesn't over cook and so you can continue to reduce the sauce. It was really good even with that frozen seafood!!!
