The mushroom sauce was amazing i used white wine to deglaze the pan then added heavy cream and It turned out beautifully

Awesome!!! replaced butter with coconut oil, and chopped white onions for green and I didn't have fresh parsley so added dried during the cooking. Used beef stock instead of red wine (which would have made it even better) and added a little salt and pepper at the end. Great with the steak!!!
