- 4 steak (or minute steaks)
- 1 Tbsp. Bertolli® Classico Olive Oil
- 1 onions (medium, thinly sliced)
- 1 jar Bertolli® Tomato & Basil Sauce
- 4 sandwich rolls (or hero rolls)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (about 4 oz)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°. Season steaks, if desired, with salt and ground black pepper. Heat Olive Oil in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook steaks 2 minutes or until done, turning once. Remove steaks and set aside.
- Cook onion in same skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes or until onion is tender. Arrange steaks and onion on rolls; top with hot Sauce and cheese. Arrange sandwiches on baking sheet and bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
