I love this recipe! Only thing I do differently is cook it in the oven instead of the stove top. After I’ve done everything according to the recipe I cover it and put in the oven at 350 for an hour or a little longer. I use sirloin steak though, might want to let it cook longer if you use a lower quality meat. Always turns out super tender and the sauce is amazing! My family wants me to make it every week!
