There is no need to cringe at the thought of dozens of leftover boiled, tie died eggs from Easter morning. - 3 lb. skirt steaks (1 inch thick each)
- 6 hard boiled eggs
- 1 Tbsp. whole grain dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp. mayo
- 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 6 pita (flat breads)
- 2 handfuls arugula
- steak seasoning

Directions
- Grill the steak to your preference, for medium well, about 6-7 minutes on each side. Remove steak from grill and let sit undisturbed for 5 minutes before slicing. Slice against the grain in thin strips.
- Peel boiled eggs and chop. Place them in a bowl and toss with mayo, mustard and worcestershire sauce.
- Place steak, eggs and arugula on a pita bread.
