    I waited to add the mushrooms so they wouldn't be totally mushy. I also added fresh thyme. I cooked he beef & veggies separate in a Dutch oven for 2 hours. After cooling I put the beef mixture in individual pie ramekins & topped w pepperidge farms puff pastry dough. Put in a 375 oven for 40 min. Yummy!!

    Great pie will definitely be making again. Had to leave out the mushrooms and I added some Italian herbs instead of oregano cause I didn't have it and I didn't add the corn starch I also greater about 1 1/2 cups of tasty cheese over the beef before I put the pastry on
