- 1 cup wish-bone (robusto italian or italian dressing)
- 3/4 lb. boneless flank steak
- 8 cups arugula leaves (rinsed and patted dry)
- 1/2 cup red onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 cup grape tomatoes
- 4 slices bread

Directions
- Pour 1/2 cup Wish-Bone® Robusto Italian Dressing over steak in large, shallow nonaluminum baking dish or plastic bag; turn to coat. Cover, or close bag, and marinate in refrigerator, turning occasionally, 3 to 24 hours.
- Remove steak from marinade, discarding marinade. Grill or broil steak, turning once and brushing with 1/4 cup Dressing, until steak is desired doneness.
- Toss arugula and onion with remaining 1/4 cup Dressing in large bowl. Top with thinly sliced steak and drizzle, if desired, with additional Dressing. Serve with bread.
