- 1/4 cup black olives (cured, pitted and coarsely chopped)
- 1/2 strip loin steak (grilled, or you could use leftover roasted or grilled chicken, thinly sliced)
- balsamic vinegar (Splash of)

- Asiago cheese (grated for serving.)
