- 1/2 tsp. lemon zest (finely chopped)
- 1/2 lemon (small)
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper (fresh)
- 4 Tbsp. hot sauce (optional or to taste)
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt (or to taste)
- 1 tomato (medium sized, deseeded and diced small)
- 4 slices cooked bacon (crisp)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (plain)
- 1 clove garlic (very finely minced)
- 1 pinch salt (and pepper)
- 1/2 tsp. chipotle powder (or hot paprika)
