    It was delicious and an easy 10 minute meal! I bought a lower quality fajita steak so I just threw it in a marinade baggy the morning of. I substituted a wheat tortilla which made it a slightly healthier choice which is perfect for a meal prep! Overall very happy. Next time I’ll do a chipotle mayo or avocado ranch.
