Every time I see a recipe that tells me to throw in raw meat to the crock pot, even cooking for so many hours, it's never cooked fully. Other than that, great recipe.

Excellent weeknight dinner that’s super easy. I add some dry rub that I use for steaks to the stew meat about 30 minutes before putting it in the crockpot. 1 pack of stew meat barely covered the bottom of the crock pot, so next time I’ll double the recipe.

I substituted gluten free gravy. My wife and kids raves about this recipe. They asked me to make it again next weekend. It pairs well with Fire and Ice Salad.

Great! Easy to follow recipe. Didn’t have a can of gravy so used a packet and added a little beef broth that was left over from cooking the day before. Added mushrooms for the last hour of cooking. Not overly spicy if you like spicy or really flavorful then you will want to add slices. New family favorite.

Super easy to make but a bit bland. The meat could use a little something extra for flavor.

Used precooked beef in gravy and 90-second red beans and rice for a quick and dirty dinner mod.

Is quite good and super simple. I used leftover marinated steaks the first time I made this and it was terrific. Lacks flavour when followed exactly as stated, would recommend additional seasoning (onions, steak seasoning etc..) or marinating beef prior.
