    Awesome! Modified the spices a bit, a little more here, less there etc. Used fresh onions and tomatoes instead of rotel. Turned out great!

    This was awesome!! We loved it! It was too spicy for my kids but we really enjoyed it. We used lettuce instead of tortillas and and topped it off with cheese, sour cream and quac:)
