- 2 Tbsp. bouillon (beef flavored Better Than, dissolved in 1/2 cup boiling water)
- 1/4 cup masa harina (dissolved in 1/2 cup water)
- 1 tsp. liquid smoke
- 1 Tbsp. instant decaf coffee (crystals)
- 15 oz. kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
- 30 oz. pinto beans (drained and rinsed)
- red onion (diced)
- cheddar cheese (shredded)
- sour cream
- avocado (cut into chunks)
