- 30 oz. black-eyed peas (drained and rinsed)
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup water
- 2 bay leaves
- 8 pancakes (corn meal, You can can use my blue cornmeal pancake recipe, but just use regular yellow cornmeal and don't add the orange extract.)
- 4 green onions (finely chopped)
