  • 1 1/2 cups flour (– I’m using all purpose flour, You can use a mix of whole wheat and AP Flour)
  • 3 tablespoons semolina (Suji – For an extra crunch - OPTIONAL)
  • 1/4 cup water (– For making the paste)
  • 1 cup canola oil (– For Frying, You may use peanut oil or vegetable oil too)
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha (– You may use any colored chili sauce)
  • 1/4 teaspoon tumeric (Haldi - OPTIONAL)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (Powder)
  • 1 teaspoon salt (As per your taste)

    fantastic recipe I would of made the tofu a little smaller/thinner next time. I also modified this recipe slightly by adding Panko to it before frying. Very good will make again in the future.
