- 1 cup edamame (shelled and cooked)
- 1 mango (peeled, pitted, and julienned)
- 1 carrot (large, shredded)
- 4 green onions (thinly sliced)
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro (fresh)
- 1 pkg. ramen noodles (crushed, discard the seasoning packet)
- 1/2 cup almonds (Blue Diamond Sriracha)
- dressing
- 1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup oil (neutral tasting, canola, vegetable, grapeseed etc.)
- 1/3 cup honey (or agave)
- 3 tsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp. minced ginger (or freshly grated)

It was really good and I will make it again. The Sriracha was not on the ingredient list, so I just had to wing it. I also was unable to go to the directions(I don’t know why, tried several times) so I just put it all in a large bowl and poured the dressing on and tossed it all together. I only made it for myself this time to try, so I will definitely make again for guests or take to party.
