- 1 tsp. ginger paste
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil (divided)
- 3 Tbsp. Sriracha
- 1 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 Tbsp. fish sauce
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 2 tsp. kosher salt (divided)
- 2 limes (quartered)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro (for garnish, optional)
