Tasted good. Didn't use srirarcha. Used 1/2 C soymilk with about 1/4 C unsweetened coconut flakes and 1 T homemade vegan butter to sub for the coconut milk. It came ought creamy. Also cooked 1/2 C amaranth with 1.5 C sprouted quinoa and couscous.
