Directions

1. In a pan mix the onion soup, water and beer and let it boil.
2. Add the squid and cook on low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Add the soy cream, stir and let it simmer for another 10 minutes.
4. Season if necessary and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
5. Serve sprinkled with coriander and squid accompany with boiled potatoes, mashed or white rice and salad.
