  • 6 ounces clams (with juice, I would prefer fish or other seafood stock but I forgot to defrost mine from the freezer. If you have it, substitute about ½ cup stock in place of the clams)
  • 4 cloves garlic (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1/4 cup half-and-half
  • 2 teaspoons crushed red pepper
  • 1/2 lemon (large, or 1 whole)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Italian parsley (Chopped, for garnish)
