- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 5 grape tomatoes
- 2 jumbo shrimp (shelled and deveined)
- 2 sea scallops (large fresh, cut in half)
- 4 littleneck clams
- 2 Tbsp. butter (sea urchin, see above)
- 1 Tbsp. sweet butter
- 1 dash extra-virgin olive oil
- ground black pepper
- salt
- 2 lb. sweet butter (room temperature)
- 4 cups semolina flour
- 5 oz. linguini (fresh squid ink, or spaghetti, see above)
