So yummy and so healthy too. It tastes like sausage pasta bake, which is truly my favourite, so this is a fabulous alternative.
I would bake your butternut squash before trying to cut it into chunks, as it saves on hob time and makes it so much easier to slice. Just cut it in half length ways and throw it in while the oven is cooking something else to save on energy.
I added cheese on the top, and i also added paprika houmous in the passata to bring out the spice in the chorizo. I also added sliced carrots for a touch of crunch, which i did not boil beforehand.
A really yummy dish - get involved xx
