- 2 cups sorghum flour (feel free to use gluten free oat flour as well)
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. canela
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. cloves
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1 1/2 cups squash (pureed, I used kabocha, but butternut will work too)
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 2 eggs (flax, you can also use real eggs)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
- 2 Tbsp. chocolate chips (optional)

Tastes healthy! I used almond flour instead of sorghum flour and followed the recipe. The cranberries gave it a nice flavor. They were easy to make and I got 12 regular size muffins. Next time I’ll add pecans or walnuts!
