I used this recipe as a guide. For me I stuck pretty close to it I dropped the carrots because I didn't feel like chopping them. I also dropped the butter and compensated with a little more sour cream. I sautéed the onions and shredded the squash so I could skip cooking it too. That also helped compensate for leaving the butter out. I forgot to take a picture before serving. Only two of 5 have eaten. It won't last the night.
