tasted great! altered a lot of things though (I always tend to..)
grilled the squash with the onion and garlic, fried mushrooms with some vegetarian bacon, made a sauce with creme fraiche and one egg. added a descent amount of chili flakes and sprinkled so.e sunflower seeds on top of the cheese for crunch (left out the crackers and mushroom soup)

Really good! I don’t follow the recipe to a tee. I use 2 onions, 1 bag shredded sharp cheddar cheese, 2 eggs and a whole sleeve of crackers. I have made it twice. Lots of good feedback.

it was great. I accidently left out the garlic and it was still good. it was simple and i will definitely cook it again.

I was looking for something a little different and Its very close to recipe I’ve made for years but uses mushroom soup & sour cream instead of milk and also chicken stock in the pot to boil squash. I like the cast iron skillet as opposed to a casserole dish too. Really liked it!

my husband and i loved it, but i used frenches onions instead of crackers. will definitely be making again!!!

the dish turned out great. my family was against a new recipe until it came out of the oven and now there's not any left.

It was delicious. My family who hates squash cleaned the casserole dish and asked why did I make such a small pan.
I will definitely be making this again real soon.
