- pistachios (Chopped)
- hot fudge sauce (Espresso, recipe below)
- sauce (Amaretto cherry, recipe below)
- 2/3 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 1/2 tsp. instant coffee (or espresso, I used 1 packet Starbucks Via)
- 3.5 oz. bittersweet chocolate (not less than 60% cacao, chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 1/3 cup amaretto
- 1/3 cup cherry preserves (with whole cherries, or 1/4 cup preserves without whole berries)
- 1/4 cup cherries (chopped, optional if not using preserves with whole cherries)
