- 1/2 cup water
- 6 berries (lipton bavarian wild, pyramid tea bags)
- 1 shallots
- 2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 4 tsp. granulated sugar
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 6 oz. spring salad mix (or salad greens)
- 1 red onion (small, thinly sliced)
- 2 orange
- 3 oz. goat cheese (herbed, sliced)
- 1/3 cup finely chopped pecans

Directions
- Pour boiling water over Lipton® Bavarian Wild Berry Pyramid Tea Bags; cover and brew 5 minutes. Remove Tea Bags and squeeze; let cool. In blender, process tea, shallot, vinegar, sugar, and mustard until smooth. While processing, slowly drizzle in Olive Oil. Season, if desired, with salt and pepper. On serving platter, arrange spring mix. Evenly top with onion, oranges and cheese, then sprinkle with pecans. Just before serving, drizzle with dressing.
