- 3 green onions (green part only)
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 jalapeño (seeds and stems removed)
- 1 lime
- 2 1/2 cups plain yogurt (thick)
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1 pkg. firm tofu
- 2 cooked chicken breasts
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1 white onion (medium, diced)
- 1 medium zucchini (diced)
- 1 bunch radishes (diced, reserve a few for garnish, optional)
- 4 stems Swiss chard (stems removed and leaves chopped)
- 1 pinch salt (and pepper)
- 2 cups mozzarella (divided)
- 2 bunches asparagus (about 40 pieces, tough ends snapped off)
- 10 inches flour tortillas
