Super easy to make - I would sub gobo for carrots, added pea spouts and used restaurant peanut sauce.

They were pretty good, but not my favorite version of this recipe. I was not a fan of including salad greens in the spring rolls.

It turned out okay! The peanut butter dipping sauce was great. This is something that I have to get used to.

These are easy and turned out great! I added lettuce, rice noodles and carrots. We used some Thai pad sauce.

Excellent they are delicious. It takes a little practice to get the rolling right but it isn’t hard.
