- 1 cup heavy whipping cream (cold *see note for substitution)
- 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
- 44 OREO® Cookies (1 15oz package)
- 7.8 oz. instant pudding (flavor of your choice, I used chocolate Jell-O brand **see note for substitution)
- 4 cups milk
- 8 oz. cream cheese (at room temperature, I used 16 Kiri squares)
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (at room temperature)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- mint sprigs (Flowers, plants, fresh or artificial)
- chocolate (pebbles, for decorating)
- gummy worms (popular with the kids but optional)
