- 2/3 cup dry white wine
- 1 lb. asparagus (thin spears preferable, cut into 1-inch pieces and tough ends discarded)
- 10 oz. frozen peas (thawed, or 1½ cups shelled fresh peas)
- 1 Tbsp. grated lemon zest (freshly)
- 2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1/3 cup mascarpone cheese (cream cheese is a fine substitute)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (freshly, plus extra for serving)
- 3 Tbsp. fresh chives (minced)

Delicious! Made as written. The lemon and mascarpone give it depth. My husband and children also really liked it.

Loved it. We substituted edamame for peas just for some added protein, but it tasted great.
Lots of leftovers.

Not for me, it was too rich and didn't have enough flavor to make it worth it if
I'm going to spend 45 minutes standing over a stove, I want the dish to wow me and this just didn't
