- 3 Tbsp. olive oil (light-flavored, or grapeseed or canola oil)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract (I used Adams Extract Twice As Strong Vanilla Flavor)
- 4.5 oz. all purpose flour (about 1 cup)
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 3 tsp. grated lemon rind (I use 3 teaspoons/1 tablespoon!)
