Delicious...
and I added.a few extra peas.
I puree'd about 2 cups before serving.
I made buttermilk cornbread.

Delicious the only thing I changed was the ham hock I did it have it so I added cubed ham and it was wonderful!

very good. it's super high in sodium due to the hame hock so I try cutting salt in any area possible but otherwise great. my go to recipe for split pea.
