So good! Simple and easy. Did use about 1 1/4 cups chicken stock, not just water. I added extra lemon juice, and also ham, then added an additional cup of water to thin it out a tad and also stretch the amount. My family was very pleased, except my toddler, whose favorite veggie is peas /sigh! I'll definitely make this again!

I made this soup with tons of limes and 5+ cups of chicken stock. The flavor was terrific, but I couldn't get it puréed enough. I froze and refrigerated it and plan on adding more liquid or cream when I use it.
