- 1 cup almond meal (/flour)
- 1/2 cup cacao powder
- 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder (you can use whey or a vegan option like pea or rice based)
- 1/2 cup spirulina powder (you can also use a mixed green superfood powder, there are quite a few out there!)
- 1/2 cup raw almonds
- 1/3 cup goji berries (you can substitute another dried berry or fruit like raisins if you like)
- 3/4 cup medjool dates (approximately 7-8 dates soaked in hot water to soften, then pitted)
- 3 Tbsp. malt syrup (rice)
- 3 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch fine salt
- 2 Tbsp. cacao powder (extra, for rolling)
