- 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/3 cup wheat germ
- 2 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. canela
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 3 mashed bananas (ripe)
- 2 eggs (slightly beaten)
- 1/3 cup vanilla yogurt (or subsitute 1/2 cup vanilla greek yogurt)
- 1 can crushed pineapple (14 fl oz / pineapple, drained and liquid squeezed out)
- 1 1/2 cups baby spinach (washed, dried and finely chopped fresh)
- 3/4 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans (or walnuts, optional *** I don’t use as I like to be able to send my kids to school with them)
