- 1 1/2 cups cooked rice
- 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach (thawed and squeezed dry)
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (about 1 1/2 oz)
- 1/3 cup plain dry bread crumb
- 2 eggs (slightly beaten)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 lipton recip secret golden onion soup mix

Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Combine all ingredients in medium bowl; shape into 1-inch balls. Arrange rice balls on well-greased baking sheet and bake 20 minutes or until golden. Serve warm and, if desired, with assorted mustards.
