- 1 jar Ragu® Cheesy Classic Alfredo Sauce (1 lb.)
- 15 oz. ricotta cheese (1 container)
- 9 oz. frozen chopped spinach (1 box, thawed and squeezed dry)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg (optional)
- 1/8 tsp. white pepper
- 10 pasta shells (manicotti, cooked and drained)
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (about 2 oz)
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°. In 13 x 9-inch baking dish, evenly spread 1 cup Classic Alfredo Sauce.
- In medium bowl, combine 1/2 cup Sauce, ricotta cheese, spinach, salt, nutmeg and pepper. Fill shells with cheese mixture, then arrange in baking pan. Evenly top with remaining Sauce and sprinkle with cheeses.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake 30 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
