- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice (fresh squeezed)
- 1 Tbsp. grated lemon zest (freshly)
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh tarragon (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt (or more to taste, Celtic Grey, Himalayan, or Redmond Real Salt)
