- 3/4 cup toasted sliced almonds
- 6 oz. baby spinach (bag of, thinly sliced)
- 3/4 cup dried cranberries
- 4 oz. gorgonzola (crumbled)
- 2 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds (I toast in a nonstick skillet over med heat for about 5 minutes)
- 1 Tbsp. poppy seeds
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. minced onion
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup oil (I used grapeseed oil, but canola or light olive oil will work)
