- 12 oz. frozen spinach (thawed and rung out well to remove extra water, I wrapped it in some paper towel to do this- I’d imagine a cheese cloth would be even better)
- 1/4 cup diced onions (finely)
- 3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/3 cottage cheese (a cup of)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp. dried dill
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 pkg. crescent rolls
- 1 egg (mixed with a Tbsp. or two of water)
